I just read the above writing about Port Lavaca, Dr's office, etc. Karin you are most interesting, love your enthusiasm, your style-- what talent! As you will soon see I am not
a writer, I'm just not one who can do
what you do with words in writing. I do envy you. I am most anxious to move on and check out your store-blog, etc. I hope tocome across it soon. I do want to mention before I close how much I enjoyed watching the fire-cracker display with you guys. Loved sitting
on the back of your truck - great view
of the sparkling lights.
Also, how nice meeting such fine people as the two of you. Soooo friendly and may I add personality plus - both of you. I could have talked with you until 3:00am this morning- how lucky you were we finally got in our car and pulled away. We were out of the parking-lot a lot faster than I thought we would, yep, traffic moved out pretty quickly. Hope all went well
for you two too. We are having new floors put in staring today, taking out tile right now, my it is noisy.

7-8-11 Karin I just found the tab to bring this note back up. I lost it the other day, gave up and am back looking
for this right now, and here it is. A little late, but better late than never uh! So to continue, since the loss of this note in thecomputer somewhere we
have indeed finished floors, and most
all put back in its place, Leaving to meet my girls in S. A. stay at the river
walk Hilton two night with them. Gotta move now - running out of time- but again thanks for making our 4th of July
better than just the fire-works. Do hope to
meet up with you again. Thanks for your nice note- you are great at what you do more ways than one apparently.
How fine!

oxoxox sue

Comment on Sooooo, what's new with YOU?

Karin--
This may be crazy sounding to you, but
I just wrote you a note-- and I don't know what happened, I just lost it!!!
Did by any chance you receive it-- (un-be-known to me)?????
I wrote you and zap it is gone!! Other than the drippy filtered water dispenser, I really like it. But, why can't things that are new stay in tip-top condition for a year or two?

Comment on K, so whatever happened to quality assurance????

Oh, I so feel your pain! The stainless steel refer we INSISTED on remaining in the kitchen had (notice the past tense?) a broken icemaker. WHY didn't we notice that before purchase?? Who knows! But, after fixing it, then fixing it again, we now have an ice maker that is fully functional and does NOT go clunk, clunk, clunk in the middle of the night! What flavor box did you end up with? We are looking at new ones too, but they're all so computerized now, seems like just something else to go wrong! Actually, a LOT of somethings, if you're married to Mr. Murphy, as am I.

Comment on K, so whatever happened to quality assurance????

You are sooooo funny! Add another quality assurance disappointment ... we bought a new "French door" refrigerator about 4 months ago. Already, we are having trouble with the little spigot that's inside the refrigerator that is supposed to dispense cold, filtered water whenever you want a refreshing drink. It's one of those type that you push the rim of your glass against a soft button and the water squirts out in a stream into your glass. It has begun dripping long after I take the glass away from the soft button. We've done all the things the manual tells us to do to rectify the problem and we still have "the problem". I can imagine what kind of a problem we will have with this little spigot years from now ... heck, we are only 4 months into ownership!?!?!?!

Comment on OK, Gimme your best guess!

Ok, best guess.....pond or bird bath with lots and lots of algae and tadpoles.
