Add another quality assurance disappointment ... we bought a new "French door" refrigerator about 4 months ago. Already, we are having trouble with the little spigot that's inside the refrigerator that is supposed to dispense cold, filtered water whenever you want a refreshing drink. It's one of those type that you push the rim of your glass against a soft button and the water squirts out in a stream into your glass. It has begun dripping long after I take the glass away from the soft button. We've done all the things the manual tells us to do to rectify the problem and we still have "the problem".
